Dolce Casa and Caffelletto ask their members to comply with some clear rules of hospitality:

• Charming houses with gardens to be discovered and interiors that surprise
  The accommodation are often historical houses with particularly beautiful gardens (which sometimes are famous).
  The furniture of the interiors are always very comfortable and it is characterized by good taste and personality.
• Appetizing and well-cared breakfast
  The breakfast is very tasty and nice, both when it is served in your room and when it is served in the dining room or in an old, large country kitchen.

The classification of the accommodations

The homes that are offered in Caffelletto portal are evaluated in terms of “coffee cups”:

3 coffee cups - "3 coffee cups" mean that the accommodation exceeds the stringent selection criteria allowed by Caffelletto.

4 coffee cups - "4 coffee cups" mean that in the house you can take advantage of special comforts and facilities.

5 coffee cups - "5 coffee cups" mean that the accommodation offers special comforts and facilities and that it is a luxury property.

Quality Control

After a stay in one of the accommodations proposed by Caffelletto, our guests are asked to fill in a survey:
this is done, not only to keep under control the type of service that we proposed and to know the customer satisfaction degree, but also to improve the offered service.
