Standing on a hill, just one kilometre from the clear sea of the Vasto Gulf (that in 1997,1998,1999 won the blue flag award as one of the cleanest Italian beaches), in the southern part of Abruzzo, this charming villa dates back to the early Ninenteenth century.
It offers four guest houses surrounded by a big garden with olive trees.
In the owners house there are two guest rooms, a large living room with fireplace where breakfast is served in winter otherwise it can be enjoyed in the garden.
Guest rooms have wooden floors and antiques.
Those who wish to stay longer and enjoy a more independent holiday will find that the guest houses are the ideal solution with their kitchens, view of the sea and maximum comfort.
