This charming house, which dates back to 1700, is located at the foothills of Friuli's eastern hills, just three kilometres from the Slovenian border.
The area is well known for its culinary and wine tradition. There are wonderful restaurants and the local vineyards produce world known wines as the Verduzzo Friulano, the Pinot, the Sauvignon, the Picolit and red wines like the Cabernet and Refosco. The architectural style of the villa is sober. A peaceful garden enclosed by high walls surrounds the property. It has a parking on the grounds. The rooms are spacious, welcoming and furnished with style.

Tips: Cividale is surrounded by the Giulie Alps and the valley of Natisone with its Longobard memories. The National Archaeological Museum has precious finds of Longobard and early Christian goldsmith art.

Three double rooms with double or twin beds and television. Every room has its own private bathroom outside the room itself. In each room there is the possibility to separate the beds.
