Farmhouse situated between the sea and the Caorle Lagoon and the river of Lemene and Livenza. This is a typical country house of Veneto plain, which has been finely restaured and organized into 5 apartments. A very large garden surrounds the house and it is at guests complete disposal: a children park, a football and a volley ground, table tennis, barbecue corner and a children pool. It is possible to rent bycicles.
Nearby: a golf course, riding, fishing, sailing, the river Park of Piave, Tagliamento, Livenza. Cultural activities: Portogruaro and its symphonic season, archeological sites at Concordia Sagittaria, Aquileia, Oderzo and Altino. Caorle, Sesto al Reghena, Portobruffol, Passariano, Strassoldo and Cornovado are really interesting for its medieval and renessaince evidences.

The country house has been organized into 5 apartments, each has a large living room and satellite tv, washing-machine, micro wave, air conditioning and heating. Two apartments are in the main-house, three are in the adjoining "barchessa".

80-squared-meter apartment situated in the "barchessa", private use of a part of the arcade. Direct access to the garden. 2 rooms (a double and a single) with a bathroom, kitchen with dish washer, oven, fridge and freezer. Large living room with sat tv and dining area. Washing mashine, air conditioning and heating.
