Ingredients:
Poor into a kettle 70 g of sugar, 2 egg yolks, 30 g of flour, one teaspoon of instant decaffeinated coffee, one teaspoon of cognac and 0.25 liters of milk.
Then, cook over low heat stirring ingredients continually.
When the cream starts to thicken mounts this compose off the heat with electric mixer for several minutes.
Pour it into a bowl and refrigerate for half an hour.
Now bake in a bain-marie a mixture of 90 g of sugar, 2 egg whites and a few drops of lemon in a double boiler, stirring it until it thickens well.
Mix the cooled cream mixture together with the compose, and then add gently 0.5 liters of well-whipped fresh cream.
Choose your favorite mould and cover it with plastic wrap.
Eventually, place it in the freezer for several hours before serving.
If you want, add some coffee beans to decorate your dessert.
